Derek Gilkes

Account Executive

Derek Gilkes brings his creativity, digital marketing, and multimedia skills to a wide range of projects at Platform Communications. Derek graduated from UW-Whitewater in 2018 with a degree in communications and a minor in general business. After graduating, Derek worked for Aspect Consulting as a project manager before joining the Platform team in 2019.

Since joining Platform, Derek has developed a skillset geared towards marketing and digital marketing. Derek has successfully managed client email management systems, run client social media accounts, strategically placed ad campaigns, and completed multiple video projects for clients.
